Leadership Hanover, presented by the Hanover Chamber Foundation, is an interactive and informative program to encourage and guide individuals through leadership philosophy and skills for the betterment of their participation in business, communal and civic efforts. The program is intended for those in a transitional phase of their careers, individuals who are emerging into a leadership role or transitioning into/desiring their next level of leadership.

HOW TO APPLY

- Submit your application by email to foundation@hanoverchamberva.com no later than May 31.
- Pay the $50 application fee, through this event portal, on the day you submit your application. You will be invoiced the tuition balance upon acceptance.
Dates & Participation Applications for leaders (participants) are due by May 31, 2021. Acceptance notices will be shared by June 30, 2021. The program will begin in September 2021. Participants are required to attend 10 events over a 9-month period - orientation, monthly sessions, a group activity, final presentations and graduation.
The monthly sessions will occur on the second Tuesday’s of each month from 1-5pm. This will be (2021) October 12, November 9, December 14, (2022) January 11, February 8, March 8, April 12. The Orientation will occur on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 6-8pm. The final session with Graduation will occur on Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 3-8pm. Locations will be shared with the class in the summer; all locations will be within Hanover County.
Tuition & Fees A tuition fee is used to defray the expenses of the monthly sessions and can be paid by an individual or an employer. Tuition is $1,195 per person for Hanover Chamber members and $1,595 for non-members. A $50 non-refundable fee is due at application; the tuition balance is due by August 31, 2021.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Partners of Leadership Hanover receive promotion prior to and throughout the 9-month program. Opportunities range from $750-5,000+. Please confirm your sponsorship by May 31, 2021 to ensure full visibility. Payments are due by August 31, 2021. *Your donation to this program, hosted by our 501c3 organization, may be tax deductible!
